- II
House now 2 dwellings. Early C19. Brick, with stucco rendering, and hipped slate
roof with stacks to ridge. 2 storeys; 3-window range. Door is panelled and
part-glazed, with honeysuckle fanlight. Doric porch of square piers and responds
with pedimented entablature above. Three 12-pane horned sashes to left and
centre of first storey with blind window to right. To left of ground storey an
18-pane horned sash, to right a canted bay with one 12-pane and two 8-pane
sashes and pilaster architraves. Ground and first storey windows to left have
moulded architraves, as does the blind window to right of first storey. Plain
pilaster to left corner, the pilaster to right with capital and rusticated up to
first storey window level. The building rests upon a stucco plinth, and has flat
bracketted eaves. Interior: many original doors and fireplaces remain.
