Farmhouse

G.V. II

Farmhouse. Late C17. Red brick with remnants of render.
Pantile roof. Single red brick ridge stack. Raised and brick
coped gables with kneelers. Dentil eaves. Set on a plinth.
Baffle entry. 2 storeys, 4 bays with a dogtooth and raised brick
first floor band. Doorway with panelled door, overlight and
wooden lattice porch. To the left is a single early C20 glazing
bar tripartite casement, to the right are 2 similar casements.
Above are 3 similar casements. There are 2 tie plates. To the
left and projecting is a one and a half storey, 2 bay mid C18 red
brick and pantile wing with raised and brick coped gables, left
gable red brick stack and dentil eaves. Doorway with panelled
door and single C20 casement to the left. Interior has number of
beams.
