Circa 1840. Three-storeys, 2 windows. Stucco walling, parapet has coping stone and
a full cornice returned on the south side. Plain architraves to first and second
floor openings with cills on bracket. First floor band, rusticated ground floor
plinth. Later sash windows. Paired arched doorways. A good cast iron balcony which
projects forward on 3 'trellis' columns to form porches; simple ornamental rails and
brackets.
