1850-55 detached stucco villa of 2 storeys, 3 bays, with set back one bay wing end
adjoining coach house to right. Hipped slate roof with boxed eaves on modillion
brackets. Corniced stucco chimneys. Consistent fenestration with architrave
surround glazing bar sashes. Enclosed pilastered perch with channelling struck
into arched entrance. Double 4 panel door and plain fanlight. The adjoining coach
house of 2 lower storeys has coupled architrave framed windows above doors. The new
elevation is of exposed brick and has a fall height bow.
