C17 timber-framed building, refaced with red brick on ground floor and tile-hung
above, alternate bright and dark red tiles. Hipped tiled roof with two half-
hips at the back. Casement windows. Two storeys. Three windows. Place Farmhouse
is now a modern house to the south west.
