Circa 1830 to 40 villa. Three storeys rendered and painted. Low pitch
hipped slate roof, projecting eaves. Three windows, two blind
recessed, sash, glazing bars, block sills. Centred enclosed porch
with recessed sash windows either side on sill course. Doric angle
pilasters and quarter pilasters to wall. Frieze, pediment to front
its base returned along sides to wall as a cornice. Leaded roof with
small lead antifixae. Recessed door with long panels, plain doorcase,
rectangular fanlight over. North garden front: three window bay,
through three storeys to West and two storey cement rendered wing to
East with coping stepped down to include additional bay of one window.
Windows recessed, sash, glazing bars, block sills. First floor balcony
to bay with anthernion and vitruvian scroll panel. French window to
centre of ground floor of bay.
