Cottage, formerly two. C18, extended C19 and remodelled C20. Ham stone cut and squared, ashlar dressings; clay pantiled
roof between stepped coped gables; brick chimney stacks. Two storeys, 4 bays irregular fenestration. Bays 1 and 2 have
C20 mullioned windows, 3-light above and a single 5-light below; bays 3 and 4 have hollow-chamfer mullioned windows of
3-lights above, and below, spanning both bays, a 4-light with label; between bays 2 and 3 a plain boarded door with
fanlight over. Interior not seen.
