Late C19/early C20. Design shows some Japanese influence. Octagonal bandstand
with bracketed iron columns, wooden balustrade and rusticated stone base. Pyramidal
tiled roof with finial and ribbed ceiling inside.

Nos 1 to 21 (odd) Nos 25 and 27 form a group with Nos 1 to 3 (consec) Leicester
Yard and with the entrance gates and bandstand in New Park, The Golden Fleece Public
House and Nos 36A and 38 opposite. (Nos 21, 25, The Golden Fleece Public House
and Nos 36A and 38 are buildings of local interest).
