Barn and adjoining former animal shelter now stables. Late C18.
Random coursed rubble stone, painted to south side of shelter, with
alternating flush quoins to barn, stone slate roof, with hipped
south west corner to shelter. Barn probably of 7 bays (whole
interior not accessible) with central opposed projecting gabled
cart entries with segmental relieving arch and timber lintel, with
double doors to east, partly glazed and blocked in to west.
Stable doors on south side of both and timber partition wall on
south of entries. Scattered slit vents. Shelter formerly with
10 open bays with tapering rubble columns, now infilled with stable
door and small barred windows to right. Door in end bay to east.
