A C18 red brick front possibly to an earlier building. It has a cross wing
at the west end. The inn stands at the junction of Tuddenham Road and Westerfield
Road, facing south. 2 storeys, attics and cellars. 3 window range (2 in
the older east block and one in the crosswing). The west front on Westerfield
Road has 2 window range, double-hung sashes with glazing bars, in flush cased
frames. The roofs are tiled, hipped on the crosswing, with one flat headed
dormer on the west front.
