An early C19 brick front, now painted, with a parapet and stucco cornice,
probably to an earlier building. 2 storeys, 3 window range, double-hung
sashes with glazing bars, in plain reveals. The centre window is set in
a recessed brick panel above a central carriagemway. At the rear a wing of
2 storeys and 3 window range extends to the east.

Nos 37, 39 and 39A, the Coach and Horses Hotel and No 43 form a group.
