An early C19 stucco fronted house with a later wing on the south-east end. 2 storeys.
3 window range on the south-west and north-west fronts, double-hung sashes with glazing
bars, in flush cased frames. A central doorway with a rectangular fanlight has pilasters
and a dentilled cornice on brackets. Roof slate hipped, The south-east wing has 1 window
range on the front. Roof slate.

Butts Green Farmhouse shall be amended to read -
