House. Early C19. Coursed and squared rubble, double-Roman tiled roof, brick stacks. Two storeys, 4 bays, 16-pane sash
windows, voussoirs with emphasised keys. Door opening to second bay, plank door, pent-hood on brackets. Included
primarily for group value with other buildings of historic importance on East Street.
