Cottages, pair. C18. Timber frame. No 3 (September Cottage) to left; brick infill
with plain tile roof and end stack to rear left. 2 storeys, exposed timber framing
of thin scantling, irregular fenestration of casement windows, 2 across the first floor;
plank door in brick extension set back to left end and extending across the rear of
the home. No 4 (April Cottage) to right: Colourwashed brick below, tile hanging
above on left-hand end, catslide roof to right half, ridge stack to end right.
1 storey under catslide to right, 2 storeys set book to left; casement windows,
2 across the ground floor; central part glazed door under weatherboard porch hood on
brackets.
