A late C19 random stone front to an earlier building, possibly C18. The front
bears the date 1888 and is gabled at the east and west ends. 2 storeys and attics,
6 window range, mainly double-hung sashes with glazing bars. The ground storey
has some casements. Roof tiled.

All the listed buildings around The Green form a group. (nos 8,10,38,52, and 25 are
buildings of local interest.)
