House, now shop and flats. Built c.1725 and refaced c.1780. Flemish bond brick;
Welsh slate mansard roof; brick stack. 3 storeys and attic; 2-window range.
Moulded cornice to mid C18 flat timber hood over square-headed doorway with overlight
and C20 door. C19 stucco to ground floor with C20 glazed door set in inserted door-
way to left. Gauged red brick flat arches over C20 casements to first floor and late
C19four-pane sashes to second floor; stone cillband to first floor and stone parapet.
Flat roofed dormers. Interior: mid C18 panelled room to front of ground floor; fine
mid C18 dog-leg staircase with turned balusters set on closed string,with panelled
bases to carriage. Mid C18 panelled doors and moulded cornices above.
