1934 for Mr C de Peyer by Aymas D Connell of Connell and Ward. Reinforced concrete houses built against the hillside and identical in design (also No 5 qv), although in one the garage was omitted. Two storeys and roof canopy, two bays, that on the right projecting forward, on the left a plain door with circular window alongside and full height glazed wall to staircase above. Horizontal steel casement windows throughout.

No 4 extended to the right and at the rear.
No 6 with glazed-in roof verandah not as shown on original drawings.
