Cottage. Probably early C19. Local stone rubble, coursed; plain clay tile roof with with simple gables; brick end chimney stacks. 2 storeys, 3 bays. 6-pane sash windows under exposed timber lintols to ground floor, flanking part glazed door under timber lintol protected by sheet metal hood on wrot iron brackets; above 2-light casements with single horizontal glazing bars.
