Clayhams and Clayhams Cottage

House, now house pair. Probably late C17 farmhouse refronted and altered in C19. Ground floor red brick with some grey headers, right side elevation has some English bond and stretcher bond. First floor tile hung. Tiled roof with one ridge brick chimney stack, external brick chimney stack to Clayhams and also hipped projection to Clayhams.

Two storeys, three windows. Clayhams has sash with marginal glazing to first floor left and underneath a three light bay. To the right is a first floor three-light casement and ground floor bay. Early to mid C19 porch with bargeboard and six panelled door. Clayhams Cottage has 1: 2: 3 light casements. Doorcase in side elevation.

Interior of Clayhams Cottage has chamfered spine beams and open fireplace.
