C17. Two storeys. C18 red brick and grey header casing. Steep pitch
gable end old tile roof. Tall C18 red brick stacks at ridge ends. Two
windows, casements of two light. C18 leading and later to ground floor,
glazing bars to first floor. Central plain cottage door, plain
wood case. Above door, an early C19 plaque of the County Fire Insurance.
The interior retains much of original flooring and beams. Traces of
purlins and tie beam on first floor cum attic.
