C16-C17 timber-framed and plastered house with gabled cross wings at the
north and south ends jettied on the upper storey on the front. The wings
were also formerly jettied at the rear but are now underbuilt. Two storeys.
Casement windows. Roof tiled, with an original central chimney stack with
diagonal shafts (rebuilt or restored).
