Terrace houses. c.1820. Stock brick, slate roofs, 4 storeys. Each front 2 windows wide. Ground floors have square headed doorways to right with panelled doors and small pane fanlights with marginal glazing; provision for wooden shop fronts with pilasters carrying entablature, but shop windows either never executed or replaced at early date by recessed glazing bar sashes. Upper floors have recessed glazing bar sashes under flat gauged arches. Parapet with coping. Part of the c.1820 redevelopment of Carnaby Street and Newburgh Street.
