Cottage, C18, rubble stone with thatched roof, half-hipped to
south, ridge stack at south end of main house and north end stack.
One and a half storeys. Main house, to right, has eyebrow over 2
casement pairs, 2 similar windows below and central door in C20
porch. Door to left and small-paned iron casement adjoining.
Range to left has eyebrow over C20 casement, door with timber
lintel to ground floor and loading door to first floor in south end
wall. A drawing of 1863 by W. Coghlan in Bowood estate plans show
no eyebrow to left range and no ground floor casement pairs to main
range.
