GV II

House. Early Ct6,refronted in C18 and extended to rear. Timber framed, exposed
to rear and on right hand return front with rendered infill, refronted in brown
brick. Plain tiled roof, hipped to end left and with gablet to end right. Half-H
shape plan to front with wing extending to rear right. Two storeys with end stack
to left and multiple front ridge stack to left of centre. Plinth to base with plat
band over ground floor and stone coped parapet partially obscuring the roof. Two
bay end wings projecting either side of centre four bay recessed range. Leaded,
wood framed casement fenestration under gauged brick heads. Eight windows on the
first floor, seven windows on the ground floor. Door of six fielded panels to left
of centre under cornice and flat hood on brackets. Rear:- half-hipped wing to left
with pentice extension to end. Gabled stair-vice to right of centre on rear.
