Hall House. Early C16 with C20 alterations and extensions to rear and ends.
Timber framed, exposed on ends with sandstone rubble infill. Brown and grey
brick cladding to centre in chequerboard pattern with steeply pitched, hipped
roof with end gablets. At right angles to street. One storey and attics under
two pentice roof dormers. Inserted stack to right of centre. Four framed bays
with 2 diamond-pane,cambered head windows to ground floor, and round C20 window
to left. C20 penticed rubblestone porch to right of centre with cambered head
door. Pentice to right end and wing to rear. Interior:- frame exposed although
restored.
