Detached cottage. Early C19. Ham stone coursed rubble, ashlar dressings; triple-roll clay tiled roof between high
stepped coped-gables, with ball finial to west gable, suggesting former thatch; stone slab chimney stack to east end,
with baffle top. Two storeys, 3 bays irregular fenestration. Plain mullioned windows with slight chamfers, of 2, 1 and
2 lights above and 2-light below; to lower bay 2 a C20 lean-to porch to match, with C20 casement and door on east side.
