Farmhouse, dated 1717, now house. Coursed thin sandstone rubble with
quoins (now ribbon pointed), slate roof with chimney at right gable.
Three-bay plan. Two storeys; centre door with large jambstones and
rectangular lintel which has a moulded round-headed panel with raised
lettering: T (the "T" flanked by little gingerbread men); 3 windows

each floor, (2 on the left, 1 on the right), those in the 1st bay both
4 lights with chamfered mullions, simple hoodmould to the lower, those
in the 3rd both of 2 square lights with a chamfered mullion; and in the
centre a square window left of the door and a 3-light window above.
The heads of the lights and the mullions only are recessed. Left
gable abuts No. 6. Rear has lean-to at ground floor of 1st bay, a
2-light firewindow in 3rd bay, and 4 other windows. Interior not
inspected.
