Cottage. C16 2 bay building with integral outshot to south west, extended by one bay in early
C20. Timber-flamed building faced in Reigate stone with galleting and north east extension
has stone ground floor and tile hung first floor. Tiled roof with tall ribbed brick chimneystack.
Two storeys 4 windows. Casement windows, triple to ground floor. Canted bay to north west
and hipped porch. Interior has box frame with spine beam with lambs tongue stops and queen
post roof with diagonal tension braces.
