II

Water house. Early C18. Designed by and built for Sir Thomas
Parkyns of Bunny Hall. Red brick, some blue brick chequering.
Rubble plinth. Pantile roof. Brick coped gables with kneelers.
Single storey plus garret, single bay. East side with segmental
arched doorway with wooden door and opening for water course
under. Blocked slit ventilator in the garret. The west side has
at ground level a small blocked segmental arched opening. In the
garret is a blocked slit ventilator.
