C1905-10. Two storeys red brick domestic early C18 style design with rusticated
stucco quoins, plinth and plat band. Modillion brackets to eaves cornice of
steep hipped tiled roof. Six bay elevation to east, splayed corner bay and
3 bay return to river front. Revealed horned glazing bar sash windows with
flat gauged brick arches. Stuccoed enclosed porch with pilasters and segmental
pediment, doorway has architrave surround. River elevation has similar but
narrower windows, and secondary entrance with pilaster frame, frieze and modillion
cornice.
