C16 timber-framed house much restored. The right side has 2 storeys and a
gable. Old tiled roof with 1 casement and protruding bay. Good Georgian bow
on ground floor with reeded pilasters. Left side has early C19 Neo-Classical
pediment and plain Ionic columns with the motto of Canterbury College of Art.
