slate roof and brick stacks. 3 bays, single-depth, 2
storeys. 2 and 3-light casement windows with square-cut
stone lintels, jambs and sills. Birthplace of Sir Ernest
Barker K.T. F.B.A., D.Litt. Hon.L.L.D. classicist,
historian and educationalist (1874 to 1960).
