Lodge. c1845. Dressed sandstone with ashlar dressings, stone slate roofs, coped pedimented gables and 2 stone stacks. First floor band and moulded ashlar eaves. 2 storey. L-plan. West front has 3 windows with slightly projecting central bay topped by a pediment. Central doorway with overlight flanked by single plain sashes. Above 3 similar plain sashes, the central one narrower. This building forms part of the estate yard to Nostell Priory laid out for Charles W Winn (1795-1874).
