Picturesque C16 cottage at the corner of London Road and Maidstone Road. Hipped
tiled roof and chimney projection. 2 storeys. Casement windows.

Ground floor - partly half timbered with brick infilling, tile hung above.
Partly weatherboarded and plastered. Pantile lean-to roof at side. Unsympathetic
modern windows added on ground floor.

Nos 3 and 6 (The Red House) shall be amended to read Nos 3 and 5
