Early C19. Originally a private house, now divided into flats. (Belonging
to Knole Park).
Stone layed in continuous courses with flint infilling. Concealed slate roof
with battlemented parapet and centre gable with carved stone moulding. Corbelled
cornice. 2 storeys with stone segmental arched windows with wooden mullions
and transoms. Centre projecting porch with ogee arch and square projection above
containing window. Coupled ornamental brick chimney stacks.
