Small town house. Early C19. Splatterdash on stucco and
render; asbestos slate roof with projecting eaves; brick end
stacks. Deep plan including rear wing; probably 2 small rooms
at the front with entrance hall between and an ope (passage)
on the left.
2 storeys; 2-window range with end pilasters to 1st floor.
Original 12-pane hornless sashes; overlights and original
6-panel house door with moulded panels between ground-floor
sashes.
INTERIOR: not inspected but likely to retain features of
interest.
