'Bank House', north boundary wall

House. C17 with C18 refashioning and C19 additions. Coursed rubble gritstone
with quoins, moulded copings and kneelers, central ashlar stack, stone slate roof.
'T' plan. Two storeys and attics, two bay main range, formerly with 2-light flush
mullioned windows, now all altered save one, to sash frames or leaded casements.
Off-centre door with added semi-circular hood to quoined door surround, six-panelled
door with upper two panels glazed. Other elevations retain several flush mullioned
2-light openings. C19 canted bay added to north east end, with open balustraded
parapet. Tall boundary wall to northern boundary with a pair of gate piers, square
in plan, with semi-circular headed moulded caps.
