Pair of shops. Mid C19. Brick. Pantiled roof. 3 storeys;
5-window range. Late C19 plate-glass shop fronts with recessed
entrances. Scrolled cast-iron brackets with leaf patterns on
timber stiles separate the sheets of glass. Prominent fascia
board with a dentilled cornice. Five 6/6 recessed sashes to
first floor under gauged skewback arches. Second floor with
three 3/3 unhorned sashes left and 2 C20 casements right, all
in recesses. Gabled roof hipped to west.
INTERIOR: first and second floors opened out into 2 large
rooms.
