Cottage. Circa early C19. Stone rubble. Slate roof with gabled ends; SW gable end has raised coped parapet. Gable-end stacks with brick shafts.
PLAN: Rectangular 2-room plan with central entrance.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys. Symmetrical 3-window NE front with 2-light windows with wrought-iron casements with leaded panes; central doorway with plank door with later top light and canopy. Rear [SE] has later fenestration and glazed door.
INTERIOR not inspected.
