Detached villa. Mid C19. Stucco with rusticated quoins. Slated
gabled roof with bracketed eaves. 2 storeys. 1 window with 1
window recessed entrance bay. Square-headed doorway with
bracketed hood, fanlight and part-glazed door. Ground floor
3-window canted bay. Recessed sash and casement windows; 1st
floor with segmental-arched heads, segmental bracketed
pediment and balcony with pierced balustrade.
