House. Late C18 or early C19, altered mid C20. Limestone
rubble, ridge stack and slate roof. Single-depth plan,
attached to the rear of No.37 (qv). Single storey and attic;
4-window range. A mid C20 left-hand doorway and door, with
altered C20 sashes, and 2 hipped dormers.
INTERIOR: reported to have chamfered ceiling beams and a hob
grate to the ground floor.
