Shop and dwelling. c1700. Lined-out stucco over brick with plain tiled roof. Three storeys, three-window range, with inserted shop front to ground floor and very short two-pane sash windows immediately above it. Upper windows also two-pane sashes, with string course over. Steep pitched roof with flat dormer in front elevation, and inserted casement window in gable. Parallel rear range of two storeys, brick with four sash windows, string courses at each storey and a high blind attic.
