Dovecote. Late C17, restored c1985. Coursed squared stone with
pantile roof and brick coped gables with kneelers. 2 storeys,
single bay. L-plan. Central doorway, flanked to left by a
window and to right by a smaller window with stone surround.
All these openings are boarded. Above, a single flight hole
with alighting shelf.
INTERIOR has on the first floor brick and plaster nest boxes
with round-arched openings. The ground floor was used as a
stable, and later as a cart shed.
