Farmhouse. C16, C17, C19. Built with materials quarried from
Beauvale Priory. Coursed and squared rubble, partly pebbledashed
and tile hung. Plain tile roof. 3 gable and single ridge
stacks. 2 storeys, 3 unequal bays. Windows are mainly C20
glazing bar casements. East front has off-centre door with tile
hood, flanked by single casements. To right, a door and 2
casements. Above, 3 casements. Rear elevation has to left, 2
casements. To right, projecting parallel rear range with a
casement on each floor, both with segmental heads. 'Above, to
left, 3 casements. North gable has small blocked opening and to
right, 2 small casements. Above, 2 similar casements. Tile hung
double south gable has a casement.
