Detached house. Probably C18. Local grey lias stone cut and squared, Doulting stone dressings; thatched roof with coped
west gable; ashlar and rendered chimney stacks. L-plan, single storey with attic, 8-bay south elevation, of which bays
7 and 8 are later. A variety of casement windows, with 2-light rectangular leaded windows to bay 2 and 3, the remainder
mostly horizontal bar pattern: window to upper bay 1, cutting into thatch, has a plain mullion and surround, with
another to match on the west gable; the window to bay 6 has an exposed timber lintol with a small casement window over,
cutting into the roof; boarded doors to bays 1 and 4, the latter protected by a rustic timber and thatched porch. Later
extensions to rear, but also a small 3-light chamfer-mullioned timber window under a wood lintol. Interior not seen.
