A moderate-sized mid C18 house in a small park. Approx. 50 feet by 40 feet
3 storeys and basement. The long sides of 5 bays, the short of 4 bays.
Brick, with stone sills, strings and cornices. Tile roof. An excellent
example of careful design and construction. Modern porch and garden door
and new wings, not unsympathetic. Good interior details, panel- ling, mantlepieces,
cornices etc. Now occupied as offices at time of survey.
