Small house, formerly 2 cottages. Late C18/early C19 with renovations of
circa 1980. Ground floor brick, first floor hung with clay tiles; 2 span peg-
tile roof; brick stacks.

Plan: West-facing, sited below the churchyard. Double depth plan, 2 rooms
wide with a central entrance. The 2 front rooms are heated from projecting
end stacks with unheated rear service rooms. In 1949 there were 2 adjacent
front doors in the centre (old list description).

Exterior: 2 storeys. Symmetrical 3-bay front with a C20 brick porch. C19 or
C20 sash windows: 16-pane flanking the porch and 3 4-over 8 pane to the first
floor. Roof gabled at ends.

Interior: Not inspected.

One of a row of small vernacular houses, group value with the church.
