C17 building of tooled stone construction. 2 storeys, 1 gable. The right hand part of the building has been refaced mid C19, with plastered and fake timber frame upper part and 4 light wood mullioned bay windows. The left hand part has original bay windows through the 2 storeys: 7 light stone-mullioned and transomed. The roof is Horsham stone slabs. Chimney stacks rebuilt.

Old Stone House, Clarendon House and Nos 1 and 2 form a group.
