A purpose built ornamental dairy of c.1870. 1 storey built of red brick with
yellow brick di aper patterns. It gables having alternate courses of yellow brick-
work with 2 courses of red brickwork. Tiled roof. Woode n verandah of square piers
with tiled roof and cast iron railings reaching half way up. Painted arched doorcase.
Tiled interior.
