Detached house. Probably C17 origin, enlarged to south in C18.
Colourwashed brick walls, hipped thatched roof, brick stacks on
ridge. One storey and attic. C20 brick gabled porch. Mounted
on this the front from a C19 letter box. Ledged door. Ground
floor has 3 casement windows with glazing bars. Attic has 3 dormers
with casements. C20 flat-roofed single storey rear extension.
Internally, main ground floor room has large open fireplace -
reconstructed. Some exposed ceiling beams. Entrance doorway
retains one oak moulded jamb.
